Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Attendays mobile application and related web services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Attendays is an attendance-taking application tailored for schools, coaching classes, and colleges.

  • Authentication: Logging in via Google Sign-In is required to access the platform. No other registration methods are provided.
  • Hierarchical Tracking: Teachers or administrators log in to set up an Organization. Within an organization, they create Classes. Depending on the configured attendance mode, tracking occurs as:
    • Organization → Class → Attendance
    • Organization → Class → Subject → Attendance
  • Onboarding & Scanning: Users can join organizations or classes using unique referral links or by using the in-app QR scanner to scan shared codes.
  • Reports & Customization: Organization managers can upload custom logos and export attendance metrics as Excel spreadsheet files for reporting.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer standard subscription plans (including a Free tier and a Premium Pro tier) to unlock higher limits for classes, members, subjects, and data exports.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are purchased and billed directly through In-App Purchases on the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS). We do not collect or store credit card details on our servers.
  • Cancellation: Subscription renewal can be managed and cancelled at any time directly through the subscription management portal of the respective App Store.
  • Refunds: All refund requests are governed by, and must be submitted to, Google Play or the Apple App Store, and are subject to their respective refund policies.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use Attendays solely for lawful organizational and educational tracking. You must not attempt to disrupt the servers, overload API gateways (we employ strict rate limiting safeguards), or upload malicious resources to our databases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Attendays is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure maximum uptime and database reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
