How do I invite members to my class?
As a Teacher, open the class settings page, copy the unique 6-digit Invite Code, and share it with your students. Students can enter this code in their app home dashboard to join immediately.
Can I export attendance logs to Excel?
Yes! As an Admin or Teacher, you can export comprehensive spreadsheets sorted by subject or organization date range directly via the "Export Attendance" option in the Analytics screen.
How do I request complete Account and Data deletion?
In compliance with Google Play Developer policies, you can delete your account and all associated classes, subjects, and records permanently. You have two options:
- Inside the App: Go to the Profile screen, click on the Settings gear, select "Delete Account", and confirm your security credentials.
- Through Web Support: Submit your request online through our dedicated Account Deletion Page. Your request will be registered and processed within 7 business days.
My attendance reports are showing old date values, why?
Make sure you check your internet connection. Attendays uses local caching state that automatically synchronizes in the background once you establish a connection to our live REST servers.
