We collect information to provide a better, more efficient attendance tracking service for schools, coaching centers, and colleges. This includes:

  • Account Authentication: Google Sign-In is the exclusive login option. When you log in, we collect your unique Google ID (googleId), Gmail address, display name, and profile picture (pfp).
  • Organization & Class Setup: Users can create Organizations and Classes, add Subjects, and list Students or Teachers. This includes storing names, emails, and custom-uploaded Organization logos.
  • Attendance & Operations Log: We store attendance logs marked by teachers, subject settings, and generation reports (e.g. tracking when and how attendance is marked).
  • Onboarding & Scanning: When users join an organization or class by scanning a QR code or clicking an invite link, we process the invitation identifiers to assign memberships.
  • Usage Analytics: We collect crash reports, app versions, device models, and usage metrics via analytics tools to troubleshoot errors and optimize performance.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is utilized for:

  • Authenticating users and displaying customized names and profile pictures in the app.
  • Enabling the hierarchical flow of attendance tracking (Organization → Class → Attendance, or Organization → Class → Subject → Attendance).
  • Processing QR codes and invite link referrals to add members to organizations and classes.
  • Generating and exporting attendance history reports as Excel spreadsheets.
  • Serving custom branding logos uploaded by organization admins.
  • Monitoring system health, fixing crashes, and preventing abusive activity.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely using cloud database platforms and accessed only via secure encrypted connections (HTTPS).

4. Data Deletion Rights

You maintain full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated records directly from within the app settings at any time. Alternatively, you can submit an account deletion request through our Account Deletion Page.
